Nate Cronk (@natecronk) and I have a new single out: Sing Hallelujah (It Will Be You Forever)…we wrote this a few months back and have been using it in churches and events. Check it out on iTunes & YouTube!
This single is part of a bigger entity we started called The New Collective, “New” standing for “North East Worship”. We are shooting to have an EP done this November and are working with our friends Greg Best, Chelsea Phillips, Brian Moore (check out Brian’s studio), and a few others that have contributed. The heart behind The New Collective is to facilitate worship music/ministry native to the Northeast U.S. birthed out of relationships and collaboration. Since we are all parts of different churches or ministries and aren’t a band in the strictest sense, there is room for diversity depending on the events we minister at and the songs we write. Nate, Chelsea, and I have all co-written the songs, and Greg and Brian have been instrumental in arranging and producing. If this sounds vague, that’s because it is =).
For now, we are recording a few more worship songs. Our criteria is pretty simple…record songs that we use when leading worship, songs that have been proven, and songs that are consequently worth putting lots of money and hours into to record and distribute. Sing Hallelujah fit the criteria, so here it is! Hope you enjoy it and hope you look forward to more from The New Collective!
