Much has been said about “finding your why” – we know we need to find our why, but we’re just not sure how to do it.

In this episode, I share one super simple question that I’ve used to guide my business decisions and spark my motivation to push through the messy middle.

A quick recap:

Business is nothing more than solving a problem for profit. Whenever I embark on a new business venture, I simply ask myself, “What is the big problem I’m trying to solve?”

When I’m clear on the answer to that question, I’m clear on the “why” behind the new project, partnership, or offering. In the video, I talk about how having the answer to that question has propelled me through hosting my first live conference called Influence & Impact.

Question: What is the big problem you are trying to solve in your latest business project or idea?
