It’s official:  we’re doing our next live recording this summer, this time right at my home church in Manchester, CT!!  I’m really excited about this project because 1.  it’s going to be atomic with our home church people there worshiping and 2.  we’re going to be able to do a lot more original songs than on our last project In Our Day.  I’m excited especially for the other songwriters/worship leaders in my church…they’ve got some great stuff and this recording is going to be a way to share their gifts with other churches in New England and the world.

The added bonus is that we’re going to have a special guest recording a few songs with us that week:  KENT HENRY!! Kent is a father and pioneer in prophetic worship and is one of my all-time worship heroes and personal mentors.  We asked Kent to be involved because he’s been such an integral part of worship at our church over the years.  I’m so thankful he’s willing to come alongside us to leave a mark on the worship ministry of a local church in a way that will impact generations to come.  Between our team and Kent leading worship together for 4 days, it will be total Holy Spirit blowout.

So there you have it:  mark the dates for July 29-31, 2010.  Let’s pack out the building!  It’s going to be awesome!
