5 Steps To Creating Online Courses

Creating a quality product or program is a process. Too many people take the Field of Dreams approach: “If you build it, they will come.”

Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way.

  1. Attract a database of people who want the problem solved.
  2. Solve the problem in a beta group –– this is your focus group.
  3. Sell via a medium by which they want the problem solved. Not everyone wants a course, 1:1, or a mastermind. The content can be great, the problem may be your delivery mechanism.
  4. Refine the process –– are people getting stuck along the way? Fix it.
  5. Charge accordingly.
