The game-changer: a personal growth plan.
I’ve always been a reader and learner. The game-changer was forming a personal growth plan. None of these tools and resources work without a process of consuming, digesting, and applying them. So I started to blog. I started to teach. I wove what I learned into conversations with my wife, friends, colleagues, clients, heck–even my dogs.
All this has helped me excel as chief marketing officer of an expanding educational company, grow my consulting practice for small business & nonprofits, and more than double profits. I’m truly amazed at the opportunities that personal growth has given me.
